Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the HLL Digi Entrepreneur Platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Hindustan Lifecare Limited (HLL), a Government of India enterprise. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is available to registered entrepreneurs, stockist/hub operators, customers, and administrators. Entrepreneurs must be 18 years or older and possess valid identification. Registration is subject to approval by HLL administrators.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered phone number and OTP. All activities performed under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through the Platform are subject to a minimum order value of INR 250. Product prices, availability, and descriptions are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms vary by business model (advance payment for door-to-door sales, order-based for online model).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to HLL. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
HLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
